At Fieldhead Pet Stays we aim to offer a home from home boarding service for dogs, living in our own home, which follow the guidelines set out by Kirklees Council who licence the establishments in this area. The owners usually fetch with their dog, his/her bed, food, towel anything really to make them feel more settled, with one or two smells of home. For most of the off site exercise we use our 'Acres of Fun' secure field enclosure, unless the owners' requirements state something different. The regular feeding and exercise routines of the dogs are maintained as much as possible and treats given at bedtime, if that's what normally happen at home. Vaccinations are a must, and are discussed at the initial meet and greet at Fieldhead Pet Stays, it's important for customers to be happy in the knowledge where their dog will be staying, and for us to be happy that the dog is sociable with both dogs and us before he is left to stay within our home.
